What payment terms you can accept?
RITKEEP supports a variety of credit card payment methods, as well as PayPal. Additionally, we offer installment payment options, including Klarna (Up to 12 installments).
Why my payment wasd declined?
If your credit card is declined, there could be a few reasons: insufficient funds, incorrect CSV security code entry, card expiration, inaccurate billing information input, or card restrictions on online purchases, among others. You can contact your issuing bank to determine the cause of the decline.
Does the product I purchase include tax?
All products are subject to taxes, so you do not need to pay extra for tax.
Does the product price include shipping fee?
RITKEEP provides free shipping on all orders over $150! For orders under $150, a shipping fee of $5.99 applies.
Do you offer financing options?
RITKEEP offers installment payment options through Klarna, allowing you to enjoy 4 interest-free installments, as well as the possibility to extend up to 12 installments, with payments scheduled every two weeks.

Shipping & Deliery

How long will it take for my order in arrive?
Typically, delivery takes 5-7 working days. Please note that these transit times are approximate and do not factor in weather conditions or any other potential delays.
Can I change my address before delivery?
Due to our shipping process, we do not typically allow address changes after products are sent out to prevent damage or loss. Contact us if you need to change your address. Please note the additional costs may apply. We recommend verifying the address before making a purchase.
Can I cancel my order?
To request a cancellation, please email us at service@ritkeeps.com with "CANCEL" in the subject line as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please note that cancellations are subject to availability and may not be possible if the order is already in the shipping process.
Can I combine my orders to save on shipping?
Yes, you can. However, once an order has a tracking number, we are unable to combine orders.
My order has partially shipped, but other packages show no accitivty. Is part of my order loss?
We strive to ship orders complete, but due to high demand, this isn't always possible. Rest assured, no orders are lost, and we're committed to ensuring you receive all items as requested. Our goal is for you to receive your item promptly and enjoy using it.
How do I check my order tracking information?
You can access the order confirmation page by clicking the link provided in your order confirmation email.
I won’t be home for most of the day, how do I schedule delivery of my order for that day?
Our freight couriers will either try to reach you via email or try calling to schedule a delivery. If you are not home to receive your package, please call the courier to reschedule the delivery or you can contact us for help at Email or WhatsApp.

Do your products need assembly?
We offer installation instructions for all products requiring assembly. If you encounter any issues during the installation process, feel free to reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
How do I get assembly assistance?

How long is the warranty for the product I purchased?
Currently, all RITKEEP products come with a 1 to 2 year warranty policy. We guarantee to repair and compensate for any issues you encounter.
What information will I need to provide for a warranty claim?
Please provide your order number and include photos or videos to briefly describe the issue. Our after-sales team will promptly respond to your inquiry.
What should I do if the package I received is damaged?
Please provide the following information: photos of the damaged package, the order number, and then contact us via email at service@ritkeeps.com.
How long will it take for you to reply when I send you a email?
Typically, the customer service team will reply within 24-48 hours upon receiving your email.

Return & Refunds

If I receive it and don't like it, can I return it?
Sure. RTKEEP provides a 30-day return policy from the delivery date for all purchases. For details on conditions and the return process, please refer to the 'Return & Refund Policy' page.
How do I take my money back?
The refund amount will be returned to your account through the original payment channel, and the arrival time is based on the refund policy of each bank/payment channel.
How long does it take to see a refund on my statement?
It may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your credit statement. If you do not see the refund within this timeframe, please contact the bank for more detail.
